Advocate Shweta is the Founder of Shweta Jadhav and Associates Law Firm; a multidisciplinary legal practice headquartered in Pune. With active practice in both Pune and Mumbai and especially at Delhi for Adoption matters, she is known for her strategic approach, in-depth legal insight, and unwavering commitment to client advocacy.
Her journey into the legal profession is rooted in a deep passion for justice. After earning her Law Degree from Mumbai University and graduating from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai, she went on to complete her Master’s degree (LL.M) in Criminal law.
What began as a solo practice has now evolved into a full-fledged law firm with a team of five dedicated advocates, offering expert legal representation and advisory across various sectors.
Adv. Shweta brings extensive courtroom experience and her forte is Adoption matters under CARA and HAMA. Apart from Adoptions she has represented clients in Matrimonial Disputes, Trust Financial Irregularities, Arbitration, Land Disputes, and Women’s Rights.
